Lori Breitzke

Principal, E&S Consulting

Lori Breitzke developed her prepaid, merchant acquiring and point-of-sale expertise working with such companies as RBS WorldPay, VeriFone, First Data and Ingenico.

Lori was Vice President of the Prepaid Card Issuing Division at RBS WorldPay where she brought the first MasterCard J Hook gift card to market in 2006. Her point-of-sale experience spans both hardware and software. While at VeriFone, she launched SoftPay, the first generic software application for a POS device that revolutionized the industry by lowering costs and decreasing time to market. At Ingenico, Lori created an environment for third party developers that resulted in the development of more than twenty innovative applications. She also recognized the surge of the POSA (prepaid point-of-sale activation) market and helped Ingenico become the first hardware manufacturer to focus on this industry segment.

Lori is the Chairman of the ETA Education Committee, a member of th Green Sheet Selling Prepaid and Prepaid Press Advisory Boards and participating member of the ATMIA International Payments Forum. She a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and computer science from Indiana University

Shannon Dunbar

Shannon Dunbar is seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in the payments industry. She has a proven background in strategic planning, new product development, program management, research, branding and developing strategic advertising and marketing campaigns. She has in-depth experience developing prepaid products in retail and online for the leading global prepaid and payments company, Blackhawk Network. She held the position of Senior Director of Product Development and was and a founding member of the Blackhawk team.

Prior to Blackhawk, Shannon was a Marketing Manager at Abilizer Solutions. She spent several years managing the strategic development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 clients at leading agencies such as Foote, Cone & Belding and Frankel & Co.

Shannon holds Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Nancy Halpern Lesser

Subject Matter Expert

Nancy Lesser has more than 11 years of success creating innovative new products that increase revenue and profitability. With her extensive card operations and product development experience in the prepaid card industry, Nancy brings expert guidance to prepaid strategy and product/ feature development projects. Nancy can help develop more profitable prepaid card programs using her strong experience with multiple processing platforms (including i2c and FDR), diverse card program types, and effective fraud management strategies.

As Vice President of Operations at FrontStream Prepaid, a company that helped corporations gain operational efficiencies by providing innovative payment solutions, Nancy ran operations and sales/client support. Nancy utilized her extensive prepaid card experience to design and implement innovative prepaid business solutions. In this role, Nancy managed strategic partnerships with the issuing bank, i2c Inc. processor and card manufacturer.

Prior to FrontStream, Nancy was the Vice President of Operations for CompuCredit's Prepaid Product Line where she had responsibility for the P&L of more than $300,000 per month.

Nancy has an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta School and a Bachelor of Industrial Design degree from Syracuse University.

Susan Kohl

Susan Matt has 7 years of hands-on experience in the payment industry at RBS and ThoughtKey, Inc. She holds the following certifications and honors:

  • PCI Knowledgebase Expert
  • Business Process Reengineer Certification
  • TR-39 Certification and PCI PIN

In addition to being a frequent speaker at payment industry events and an active payments blogger, Susan is the ATMIA Board Chairperson and is the CFO/Treasurer and Board member of Merchant Acquirer Committee. She actively participates in ATMIA committees (Encryption, Government Relations, and Industry Operations), International Payments Forum, Payments University and PCI Security Standards Council.

Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Illinois State University in Bloomington, Illinois.

Nicole Myers

Nicole Myers has more than 13 years of experience in the advertising, marketing, and media sales industries working with a range of clients in retail, business to business, business to consumer, service, healthcare, and quick service industries.

Nicole has a proven record of success in building customized marketing and media campaigns to drive sales for her clients. She was Sales Development Leader at the #1 TV station in the country. Nicole can recommend the most cost effective means of getting your message across the right media channels.

As Senior Account Manager at WSB-TV, Nicole applied her experience creating campaigns that delivered results for her clients to develop new accounts for both the TV and online divisions.

Prior to her work in the TV industry, Nicole worked in the advertising agency business, as well as radio sales and the online industry. Her diverse media background gives her an extensive knowledge base to ensure your marketing message reaches your target.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

Roxanne S. Walker

Roxanne S. Walker has extensive experience in program management, risk/compliance training and management, and customer service operations with respect to prepaid card issuing of gift, payroll and general purpose reloadable cards. Her diverse background includes several leading Credit Card and Prepaid Card companies that include MBNA America, Household Finance, First Bank of Delaware and MasterCard.

Roxanne's expertise includes prepaid program/relationship management as well as training and risk/compliance management. She is a yearly attendee of the Delaware Bankers Association Compliance School. Roxanne is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and has Department of Education clearance. She also holds a Mastery of Call Center Supervision and has a Green Belt in Six Sigma.

Roxanne has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Widener University in Chester, PA. Roxanne owns her own consulting firm, LRS Marketing, Inc.

Cliff Gray

A private consultant in the payments industry, Cliff Gray is an expert in electronic payment systems, transaction processing, and the acquiring space. He is a leading authority on large-scale, high-performance payment system design, including network infrastructure, platform and software architecture, system security, and industry compliance.

Throughout his 20-year career, Cliff has spearheaded the evolution of third-party integration methods, particularly the introduction of internet transport into the electronic payment space. He has long been a proponent of modernizing integration, and most recently is focused on payment data security. He currently provides system and security analysis to leading acquirers and payment providers, and is considered an expert in PCI DSS compliance.

Cliff was Chief Payment Architect at ClearCommerce Corp., was Director of eCommerce with First Data Merchant Services and Chase Merchant Services, and currently provides management consulting services to a variety of companies specializing in innovative solutions within the payments Industry.

Beginning in 1990 at Envoy Corporation, Cliff was instrumental in establishing their new Integrated Point of Sale unit, working directly with leading providers such as Micros, Fujitsu, NCR, and IBM, ultimately establishing Envoy as the leader in integrated offerings. In the mid- and late-nineties, Cliff was instrumental in proving new eCommerce gateway technologies and infrastructures, working with groups such as Netscape, CyberSource, and VeriSign to ensure the growth of eCommerce processing from its infancy through to the sophisticated systems that exist today.
